If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of the products purchased on the 1921tshirt.com online store. The items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all attached tags, within 14 days of receiving the return authorization. To proceed with the return, please send an email with your request to info@1921tshirt.com. You cannot return products personalized with your name or logo according to your specifications. Shipping costs are at your expense.

Steps to return an item:

  1. Inform us of your intention to return the item within 14 days from the delivery date.
  2. Our Customer Service will process the request and send you the return authorization with the shipping address.
  3. Return the item with its tag, otherwise it will not be accepted.
  4. 1921Tshirt will refund the order amount minus shipping costs.
  5. If the above conditions are not met, or the returned item is not in its original condition or damaged, 1921Tshirt will not proceed with the refund. In this case, you can choose to have the item returned to you at your expense.

Refund Policy

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the day we receive the return at our distribution center. The time taken to reflect the amount on the credit card may vary depending on local banking procedures.

  • Credit card: The time depends on the credit card issuer. Once the refund is issued, we will send you a confirmation email. In case of imminent expiration of the credit card, the refund will be made via bank transfer to the coordinates provided by the customer. 1921Tshirt is not responsible for failure to communicate the expiration of the credit card and for refunds made on expired cards.
  • PayPal: The refund will be issued directly to your PayPal account, and you will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been requested.
