Return Policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exercise your right of withdrawal, within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the products purchased on the online store 1921tshirt.com.Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached, within 14 days of receiving the return authorization. To proceed with the return it is necessary to send an email with the request to the address info@1921tshirt.com.You will not be able to return products personalized with your name or logo in compliance with your specifications. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
Things to do to return an item:
1. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Our Customer Service will process the request and send you the return authorization with shipping address.
3. Please return the item with its tag, otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. 1921Tshirt will refund the order amount except shipping costs.
5. In the event that the above conditions are not respected, or the returned item is not in its original condition or damaged, 1921Tshirt will not proceed with the refund. In this case, you can decide to receive the item back at your own expense.
Refund Policy
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the day we receive the return at our distribution center. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your credit card may vary depending on local banking procedures.
- Credit card: The time depends on the credit issuer. As soon as the refund is issued, we will send you a confirmation email. In the event of imminent expiration of the credit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the coordinates sent by the customer. 1921Tshirt is not responsible for failure to notify credit card expiration and refunds made on expired cards.
- Paypal: the refund will be issued directly to your Paypal account, you will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been requested.
